Our technicians and engineers are fully trained, certified and insured, combined with industry experience of a minimum of 5 years and are more mature than the average IT technician. Our work is guaranteed and explained in plain English. Our principals are based around professionalism, and believe offshore call centres are useless, expensive, and frustrating to customers. Therefore our service offers on site IT support or repairs in our fully equipped workshop. 

We provide IT and computer support visits, to home users and small businesses. We offer our services locally in camberley, and a 18 mile radius including ascot, bagshot, binfield, blackwater, chobham, compton, crowthorne, deepcut, egham, eversley, farnham, farnborough, fleet, frimley, guildford, hartley witney, horsell, lightwater, laleham, normandy, pirbright, richmond, sandhurst, staines, sunningdale, sunninghill, tongham, thorpe, twickenham, warnborough, windlesham, windsor, virginia water, windsor, old windsor, winkfield, worplesdon, wokingham, woking, wraysbury, yateley and other parts berkshire, hampshire and surrey.

You will recognise our technicians when they arrive at your home or business, by their uniform and identity badge. We offer services for PC’s running Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows XP and Vista and Microsoft Servers. We are fully insured, and always maintain a friendly and professional approach to our work. Anyone employed will be security checked.

We believe many consumers have difficulty accessing good support for technology based products. Most companies seem to offer email or telephone support, often involving expensive call charges, or call centres based offshore, where the support staff work from a “script” rather than truly understanding the problem..

We also realise many of our customers are very busy, so if preferred we can collect your computer, return it to our workshop and complete all the necessary work in a timely manner.

Geographically we cover parts of Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. However if you are outside of this area, please call us to discuss your computer problem and location.
