Trading since 2007, ThePCpeople is an independent IT support business based in Camberley, Surrey, helping Home Users and Small Businesses with computer and IT problems in the Surrey Heath, Berkshire and Hampshire areas. Owned and operated by Giles Day and assisted by Simon Bool, we are professionally certified and trained engineers, and our service is based on us coming to you, allowing us to diagnose and fix your IT problem on site.

Our fully equipped workshop can carrying out more complicated and timely repairs that can't be fixed on-site. We are the only IT company in the area to be registered with Checkatrade who monitor our work, we are Trading Standards Approved and carry the "Buy With Confidence" approval, and you can find us as a recommended trader in WHICH MAGAZINE.

We have FIVE simple concepts, customer service, honesty, integrity, reliability and value for money. We are fully trained, insured (£2million), and certified (CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCP) Computer engineers with real commercial experience, who have worked for large IT organisations including Hewlett Packard, Tektronix & 3COM. We are C.R.B (Criminal Records Background) checked to ensure to our customers none of our staff hold criminal convictions. We guarantee all our work and explain everything in plain English, we support customers in Camberley, Ascot, Bagshot, Chobham, Farnborough, Frimley, Fleet, Hartley Witney, Lightwater, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Windlesham, Windsor and the surrounding areas. Our standard services are Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, and offer an out of hours service (booked by prior arrangement) on Tuesday & Thursday evening, and Saturday 10am-2pm.
