All of the prices quoted are an inclusive price for Home Users. This means there are no extras like VAT. Prices for parts are confirmed to the customer prior to the work being carried out.

We can offer quotes as a fixed price if you prefer, regardless of how long the job may take, just ask us about fixed pricing when speaking to an engineer to book an appointment.

Our business is based on our services, which are our main revenue stream. Even though we supply hardware, this is for convenience to the customer, rather than for profit. However prices for parts/hardware/software are only held for 5 days, as prices from our suppliers fluctuate daily.

COMPUTER UPGRADE £49.95
Upgrade Installation includes:
Fitting up to 2 items of hardware to an existing and correctly functioning PC (excludes processors and motherboards)
Checking suitability and resolving compatibility issues
Carrying out installation in a safe, clean and static free environment
Installing any software/drivers provided with the upgrade
Installing to a standard desktop PC
Testing upgrade or peripheral to ensure it is working correctly

Internet setup includes:
Setup router or modem
Connect 1 PC (Microsoft Windows)

Network Installation includes:
Configuring up to 2 network interface cards, 1 access point/gateway/router/switch (purchased separately)
Installing drivers and software provided with the networking equipment

Setting up Internet connection sharing if required

Network Installation includes:

Data Copy and Transfer includes:
Copy user data from one correctly functioning PC
Creating a backup of data on our storage facility for 30 days
Transferring data to one correctly functioning PC

SYSTEM REBUILD STARTING FROM £99.99
System rebuild includes:
Backup and copy of all user data from existing and accessible PC file system
Re-installation of operating system
Re-installation of all device drivers, and any accompanying software.
Transfer of user data back to PC
Full test and Virus Scan
*Correct Operating System and software licences must be present*
*All software installed needs accompanying CD/DVD installation disks*
*Drivers for installed hardware need to be supplied on CD/DVD*
*Additional time locating drivers and or removing Virus/Spyware, Trojans etc will be chargeable at our standard rate*
