Below are some examples of standard work for Microsoft Windows PC's in a Domestic environment. For virus removal and fixing broken computers, software corruption and bug fixing please call us to discuss the fault.

Virus Removal - from £49.99
PC Installation includes:
Locate and identify virus
Remove virus program
Scan for additional malware
Remove all temp files
Test browser, email, dns, and programs functionality
Windows XP & Vista & Windows 7 Only

PC Installation - please call
PC Installation includes:
Checking and installing your new PC
Starting up the PC and setting up the windows operating system
Connection to existing Internet account
Familiarising you with your new PC (Microsoft Windows)
Removal of all packaging, and taking to recycling centre.

Computer Upgrade - please call
Upgrade Installation includes:
Fitting up to 2 items of hardware to an existing and correctly functioning PC (excludes processors and motherboards)
Checking suitability and resolving compatibility issues
Carrying out installation in a safe, clean and static free environment
Installing any software/drivers provided with the upgrade
Installing to a standard desktop PC
Testing upgrade or peripheral to ensure it is working correctly

WIFI router broadband setup - please call
Internet setup includes:
Setup router or modem
Connect 1 PC or laptop via Wifi or Ethernet (Microsoft Windows)
Security setup (Username and Password)
Verify web browsing
ISP speed test

WIFI Network Installation (BASIC) - please call
Network Installation includes:
Configuring up to 2 network interface cards, 1 access point/gateway/router/switch (purchased separately)
Installing drivers and software provided with the networking equipment
Configuring wireless security settings on wireless networks
Setting up Internet connection sharing if required
Fully testing all connections

Network Installation (FULL) - please call
Network Installation includes:
Installing up to 2 network interface cards, 1 access point/gateway/router/switch (purchased separately)
Installing drivers and software provided with the networking equipment
Creating Microsoft Peer to Peer network for 2 or 3 PCs (Microsoft Windows) and 1 printer
Configuring wireless security settings on wireless networks
Setting up file and printer sharing over the network
Setting up Internet connection sharing if required
Fully testing all connections

Data Copy and Transfer - please call
Data Copy and Transfer includes:
Copy data from one correctly functioning PC
Creating a backup of data on our storage facility for 30 days
Transferring data to one correctly functioning PC
Work to be carried out in our workshop
File system must be intact for data copy
For in excess of 80Gb of data, and for lost data, lost partitions, corrupted filesystems please ask for a quote

SYSTEM REINSTALL - from £49.99
System rebuild includes:
Re-installation of operating system.
Re-installation of all device drivers.
*Correct Operating System and software licences must be present*
*All software installed needs accompanying CD/DVD installation disks*
*Drivers for installed hardware need to be supplied on CD/DVD*
*Additional time locating drivers and or removing Virus/Spyware, Trojans etc will be chargeable at our standard rate*

SYSTEM REBUILD - from £89.99
System rebuild includes:
Backup and copy of all user data from existing and accessible PC file system
Re-installation of operating system & programs
Re-installation of all device drivers, and any accompanying software.
Transfer of user data back to PC
Full test and Virus Scan
*Correct Operating System and software licences must be present*
*All software installed needs accompanying CD/DVD installation disks*
*Drivers for installed hardware need to be supplied on CD/DVD*
*Additional time locating drivers and or removing Virus/Spyware, Trojans etc will be chargeable at our standard rate*

Laptop diagnosis - please call
Collection and return of laptop to customer
Diagnosis – full bench test and evaluation in specialist workshop
Confirmation of hardware cost and labour charge for full repair
Collection and drop off charge £15.

Laptop Hardware Repair - please call
Collection and return of laptop to customer
Guaranteed work warranty
15 working day turnaround time (subject to parts availability)
Collection and drop off/setup charge of £15
Includes full diagnosis as above

Loan PC's may be available while laptop is being repaired, please call for details and costs
